Dr. Jonathan Kiliko
Board Chairperson
Dr. Jonathan Kiliko has over 30 years of valuable experience in leadership and management, with more than 20 years in senior management. Before his retirement, Jonathan worked with a Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Organization [Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS)] as the Head of the Strategy and Marketing Division. Dr J Kiliko is currently an Independent Consultant and Associate Consultant with several Consultancy and Training Institutes, like Strathmore Business School and Daystar University. He is also a born-again Church Elder in Africa Inland Church (AIC). Jonathan holds a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Management & Corporate Governance, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Jonathan is also a Fellow Member of the Kenya Institute of Management (MKIMF).

Dr. Paul Mbandi
Founder & Executive Director
Rev. Dr. Paul M. Mbandi is the Founder and Chief Executive officer of Missions Afield Leadership Development (MALDA). Paul is also an ordained minister with Africa Inland Church (AIC) Kenya and is the pastor in Charge of Bomani AIC, Machakos town. He is a graduate of Scott Christian University (SCU) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has a PhD in Theological Studies from Trinity International University, Illinois, USA. As a former Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and a visiting lecturer at several universities, Paul has a wealth of training experience.

Mrs. Rodah Muindi
Co-Founder
Rodah Muindi is the Co-founder and Training manager at MALDA. She holds a Degree in Economics from Columbia College Chicago. She has also worked as an accountant at Scott Christian University before joining CIC Insurance as the Human Resource Deputy Manager. She also holds a Master’s Degree from Daystar University in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree at St. Paul’s University in Human Resource Management. Rodah is also an adjunct lecturer at Scott Christian University, Machakos University, and International Leadership University (ILU).
