Missions Afield Leadership Development Africa

Malda is a non-profit Christian organization, based in Kenya that exists to Glorify God through education, training, and community development projects.

Our Key areas are Biblical and Expository Preaching, Leadership and Management, and community charity and self-help projects

Our Mission

To provide relevant, wholistic, and affordable training in the areas of leadership, relevant biblical preaching, and  family counseling

Our Vision

To be a faith-based organization leading in providing affordable and transformational training in the areas of church ministries and leadership in East Africa for God’s glory

What we do

Through short-term training, seminars, conferences, and workshops MALDA provides leadership and theological training for church and institutional leaders.

The training is usually contextualized or tailormade to meet the needs of various groups depending on their location and level of education. The training usually covers the above objectives; preaching, leadership, counseling, and self-help projects.

Our Main Objectives

  1. To provide church ministers with sound ministerial education, especially biblical and relevant preaching.
  2. To train leaders for effective Godly leadership and management of resources.
  3. To train in the areas of family counseling and conflict transformation.
  4. To promote self-help projects for sustainable development and financial stability for disadvantaged groups, cf. widows and orphans.

I can clearly say and admit that pastors have been mutilating the Gospel but we are now going to be faithful in interpreting the Scripture and handling the Word
